Lucid Technology offers best-in-class support and is committed to superior service. When you purchase hardware, software, or services from Lucid Technology, you are entering a long-term relationship with the company and our customer service team.

Lucid Technology hardware products come with a one or  three year, Return-to-Depot, limited warranty.

You may choose to upgrade your warranty and system support by purchasing one of our one to three year Warranty Upgrade programs. Our Warranty Upgrade programs will provide you with next business day parts replacement for the duration of the product warranty. In addition,we offer a Next Business Day Onsite or 24×7 Next Day Onsite support programs. The onsite support programs are one to three year service contracts providing you with next day parts (based on stock and availability), and on-site technicians to replace the defective hardware during business hours.

During the “in-warranty” period, support is provided via phone and email with a guaranteed two hour response time Monday through Friday 8am – 8pm. For “out of warranty” products, support is provided via email with a four hour response time. Regardless of the warranty status, email support is free for the lifetime of the product.
